I am going on my 10th year with Carey Insurance Agency. In this time, we have had a few claims and other simple questions. All of our calls and questions have been returned/answered immediately. If I call or go into the office, everyone greets you with a smile and professional approach. They make me feel as I am the most important item on their agenda at the time. If they are not able to immediately answer my question, they respond as soon as they are able and give me a timeframe for response. I get regular follow up and calls or emails from the team in the office or the owners themselves. They review our file annually to make sure we are properly covered or even offer areas where we can save more money. My parents (who were with another agent for over 20 years) even moved their coverage to Carey Insurance and have been very pleased with the attentiveness and professionalism of everyone in the office. This is my first time ever needing Home and Auto Insurance and I am extremely grateful that I have Colton Carey and the Carey Insurance Agency by my side. They have been more than helpful and very patient too.
