Great car wash. They have everything from a quick external ride through to a detailed wash. They do a good job here, and will rewash if you're not happy.
I have been a unlimited wash pass holder for years. I have had more issues in the last few months with the Harrisburg NC location than any others. The staff has found short cuts in properly cleaning the customer cars. You must watch as your inside windows may or may not all get cleaned all the way. Half the door jams are done or not all on a full service wash. They may clean one rim and not the other three. Then I ask the gentleman if he could clean the remaining windows and he replies I did. I then told him I have watched from a distance and they weren't done. Why would you ever argue with a guest that seen you the entire time cleaning their vechile. Inconsistency will evently make customers choose elsewhere and close doors. I really hope you can fix these issues and customers shouldn't have to worry about a positive experience.
Very very bad experience and do not recommend et al . Risk if you want to waste your money
I am Harrisburg resident from past 5 years .Used them several times .Not a single time am satisfied and just waste of money. Though far, better use the Concord Autobell services. After paying $28 for the services , what I see is , not vaccumed properly , just spilled some chemicals on the mats , not even cleaned it , trunk was not cleaned windows not cleaned from inside . front of the vehicles still had lot of lint . When asked them , blunt response that they have done everything and don't want to argue . Looks like there is no site manager or some one who take cares ?
When I lived there 4 years ago, I swore by this place. Used them several times a month for 3 vehicles. Was there last week on family visitation and needed a good washing on my truck from storms. After paying $30 for needed services, and pulling out, realized not only still had road residue all over, But had more lint on my truck inside and out than I had dirt and filth from before. There was no manager on site. I will no longer utilize this business or praise their professional practices as I once did.
Employee just cut me off to vacuum and clean his own vehicle. There was nobody in line, I'm pulling up and he rather a paying customer sit, wait and watch him clean his own when I need to get to work. Brilliant...
