I had an appointment to change two tires and it not only took them more than 1.5 hours just to pull the car in but in total more than 3 hours, and then they attempted to over charge me.
Heard great things about them. Called to see if they could service my car. Before I could explain anything I was immediately placed on hold. Waited 20 minutes on hold before hanging up. If this is the preview on how they deal with customers, no thanks
I am new to the area and was very happy with the service. The staff is helpful and friendly. They fit me in right away for new tires and got me out quickly. Will definitely return.
Went for tire rotation and balancing of tires that we bought there. Left our vehicle for 2 days becaise theu never touched it until the end of the second day, so they say, they lied to us and said it was done when they never even looked at it, tires were not rotated. Told us to come back for new tires at a pro-rated price, only 13000 miles on these tires, and want us to pay for the rotation and balancing again, which we never used because they are always too busy to do it, and wanted over $600 when we just paid 800 for them. We declined and then they put a huge scratch down the side of the truck and now we have to get estimates for them to fix it. Horrible service, horrible employees.
